How can I order?
You can order directly online by chosing the item and clicking the quantities. When finished ordering go to 'Check Out' and fill in the details requested into our secure system. We will then send you within 48 hours a confirmation of your order and products availability. Please note that all payment are taken only on the day of despatch. 

Can you drop ship?
We can arrange sending a parcel/present directly to a third party address, upon request. Full address and contact details must be given in writing to us to info@mapetitefrance.co.uk   Payments for orders and transport costs are taken through the same way and the same conditions. They are no extra charges for this service.

Do you ship in Europe and Worldwide?
We can arrange any deliveries anywhere in the world. Costs of transport remain to be paid by you prior to shipment. Please contact us for further information shipping@mapetitefrance.co.uk

Unavailability and discontinued lines of products
Although we take every care in keeping good levels of stock in all our range of products, sometimes we might be temporarily out of stock. This can at times entail longer delays in obtaining the product up to 12 weeks in busy period. We will try to keep the delays as short as possible and we will keep you informed. Our suppliers introduce every 6 months in excess of 400 references. Some will be seasonal products and others will be generic, i.e. long lasting in the range. This creates a greater variety in our ranges.

Do you deliver to the Isle of Wight?
We deliver FREE anywhere on the island for small items and up to £50 for larger pieces, such as furniture. Please contact us to find out more as delivery days apply to localities. Email us at local@mapetitefrance.co.uk
